Would not use this hotel again - despite its ranking (4 star) needs to improve facilities. Poor breakfast area and not enough food on offer, bedrooms need attention (like curtains that actually block out the light and safes that work!)

It advertised CNN but they showed the Cartoon network with no sound. Convenient to walk to the center of town though.

When we arrived we were told that the water was not working and so they had arranged for us to be in another 4 star hotel. We loved the one we stayed in but there was no air conditioning.

The worst breakfast ever. Totally understaffed, but good location. Best thing about the hotel was the night receptionist, but she left Monday 31/3. No reason to stay here again then!

Poor Hotel with poor facilities in a good location. The only thing that saved it was receptionist Barbora, who was leaving on the monday after I left.

Clean well priced hotel with easy 10 minute walk to centre. Breakfast and facilities limited but good value for money.

Not exactly a central location but still only a reasonable walk from all main sites. Probably even more reasonable whem temperature above freezing! Not much use of services/facilities - just a base for sleeping and eating. 4 for 3 nights a good option.

Very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. They went that one step further to please, a very enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel with good restaurants nearby and a short walk to the main attractions. Room quality more three star than the four advertised though

Free dinner consisted of a very limited menu - a choice of three soups for starters, 3 salads for main and one choice for desert.

very helpful and friendly staff. Facilities are good. there are no tea or coffee making facilities in room but free tea and coffee provided from reception. Very handy for centre of town with plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants around. close link to metro.

1. Air-con is expected to be a standard feature for a warm place like Prague, especially in summer; considering the room rate charged. 2. Double rooms are too small. We could hardly move around. So we had to upgrade our room to a suite. 3. Leisure facilities, like sauna & jaccuzzi, have to paid for. But it was not indicated in the information given on website.
