The tradition of the Atlantic hotel dates back to the 17th, when it started as a roadside inn with several guest rooms, called the "The Green Ox". In 1845 the first train arrived at today's Masaryk railway station and the inn was then rebuilt to a hotel named "The English Court".

the staff was very nice and accommodating...we initially had a bad smell in our room, but when we notified the staff, they moved us immediately to another room which was fine...bathroom was modern..room size larger than typical European hotels...breakfast which was included was delicious, and a good variety of foods were offered....coffee delicious...location excellent...walked everywhere easily...would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again

Very good three star hotel right in the centre of Prague, just by Revolution Square and the trams and metro. Friendly English speaking staff, free internet and lovely bar. Good size room and modern bathroom. Definately recommended.

This hotel is conveniently located in-between Wencelas Square and Old Town Square. Room was spacious, however lack of air-conditioning or even a fan made the summer heat unbearable. We tried to stay out of the room as much as possible. The old carpets & bedding did not help. Renovated bathroom was faultless though, spacious, clean and with good water pressure both hot and cold. Breakfast was disappointing, lacking quality in the cooking process. Objectively, it's still a decent hotel, but having stayed at better hotels at the same price range & star rating, I will try my luck elsewhere next time...

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was fantastic. We didn't have a good view but that didn't matter - we spent the majority of our time out looking around Prague. The breakfast was a bit strange with hot rice and pasta and beef stew but i suppose this must be their tradition. There were other things to choose from. The only down side i can think of is that our Shower was a bit strange and it would neither stay up-right or get hot. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Prague. It's also close to the Airport Shuttle which makes it very convenient. The buffet breakfast in the morning is wonderful with hot and cold selections. There is free wireless wi-fi in the rooms and free internet access in the lobby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic. We had two double rooms on the fourth floor and I would have to describe them as basic although the bathrooms were to a good standard. Our room was on the road side and with the window open was a bit noisy through the night with the trams going passed. The buffet breakfast had a good choice but go in good time. The desk staff were very helpful at directing us to various places. The hotel location was great. Just 10 easy minutes walking to both the Old Town square and Wencelas Square. The Metro and trams are about 3 minutes walk. We would definately go back to the Atlantic but don't expect too much luxury. Try the Cafe Imperial in Na Porici for a good meal.

It is quite dated and needs to be modernised, also it is extremely noisy as it is on the tram line and also does not have double glazed windows or air conditioning.
