Andel's Hotel is amazing. It is very modern and staff work very hard to keep it spotless. Nothing is too much hassle. We stayed in Andel's Hotel for the New Year and it was perfect. I wish to extend my tanks to management and staff of this wonderful hotel. We look forward to returning in the near future.

1. Bad smell coming up from the toilet in the room even though the toilet was clean. 2. In the resturant Oscors, in the corner seating area which is partially curtained in, again there was a very bad smell, like a public loo, in the area. 3. No stairwell facility to go to the rooms for those people afraid of taking the lift. 4. Double bed requested, however the bedclothes were split into singles which is not ideal.

The hotel is beautiful and very modern, the buffet breakfast was the best and most varied we've had in Europe. The staff was great and the location by the Andel Metro stop was very convenient.

Quite far from Prague sightseeing spots. Need to have a long walk, or use a tram or underground...if you want to see The Old Town or The Castle. But close to shopping center. Anyway, very good hotel,indeed.

Andel's is a fantastic hotel. Although it's not in Old Town, it's in a nice neighborhood with very close proximity to a metro station. It's ultra-modern, stylish, and hip. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again.
