The Ambassador Zlata Husa is set right by the Mustek metro stop on Wencleslas Square, and is therefore ideally suited for those wishing to view the city. We found it very easy to walk to the old town, jewish quarter and the trams stopping 100 yards up the road gave easy access to the castle and petrin park. The breakfast room was a little crowded, but the staff were very friendly and eager to help, and they were clearing tables as soon as the knives and forks hit the plate. An excellent hotel that I would recommend to all, especially if you like the idea of a marble bathroom with hydro massage whirlpool bath.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and well equipped, but it would have been nice to have a kettle and tea bags. Only down side was there were no leisure facilities.

Lovely hotel in a superb location. It could not be more central. Service is excellent and the breakfast superb. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

For a four star hotel there is inadequate air conditioning. Little variety in breakfast - cereals and hot food. Overpriced.

This is a lovely Hotel and I would certainly stay there again. My only complaint was that the mini-bar in our room was not re-stocked on our 2nd day and despite numerous calls to mangers etc. nothing was done about it. This is really not good enough for a 5 Star hotel.

A nice hotel,but with not a very professional and kind stuff:the first night a man from the reception gave us the smallest and the most ugly room,but the day after i asked for changing the room because we didn't book such a bad one and they changed it thanks to some nice women from the reception,very different from the first one;the cleaning women were not ok and the new year galla was not ok at all;but the lobby bar was always ok and the location is a good one,anyway they don't behave as a five stars hotels as it pretends to be.
