A nice hotel in a pleasent area in Prague. Only fifteen minute walk to the center of of Prague. Many restaurants nearby. Friendly people.

We have room at the top of the hotel and it was not easy to go up for this all stairs with much luggage that we have with us. The hotel don't have any elevator. Because the weather were very hot even ouer room were very hot and we must have the windows open the hole night and outside were it very much noise this three days we were in Prag. So that had been better it the hotel had have air condition and an elevator.

The hotel was cheap; the service and cleanliness was below standard. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. When questioned about the nearest transit stop, the front desk responded with a dismissive I don't know. Language was a barrier, as the staff barely spoke English, and made little effort at understanding. The sheets, shower, and toilet were clean, but there were significant cobwebs in the corners, and the floor had not been swept nor vacuumed recently.

We stayed at this hotel by mistake. There are three hotels of the same name and we were meant to meet friends at one of the other ones. However it was ok It is a bit far out and is still being done up.The standard of service varied from rude as you dare ie;I can'tspoken with no eye contact and impatience,following a request to the woman on reception for change for the internet; to normal polite response. I think it needs a bit of staff training on what service means.This could all be seen as Eastern European old style and part of the whole experience. It was also a bit noisey as the building opposite was being renovated. We didn't use the restaurant but people said it was no good. All in all I am sure there are better hotels for the money,but it wasn't a disaster.

Quiet place. No noise. Approximately 20 minutes by foot to the center of Pragh or just 5 minutes by tram.

The hotel was advertised as having a minibar/kitchen facilities but it did not. Reception said they did not exist but they have pamphlets that advertise kitchen facilities. I was given a smoking room with NO windows. More like a choking room. No elevator and no-one to help with luggage. The false advertising resulted in me having a disappointing stay. Also there seems to be some kind of small industry very close to Amadeus that is very noisy.

OK hotel - but a bit expensive the service was good - ordered tickets in the reseption etc. minus: they did not change blankets and sheets while we were there (7 nights)

Slightly scruffy area, but easy tram rides to centre. Buy a 24-hour transport pass, and leave your car in the garage!

Price of the hotel was too high! In my opinion, hotel rate, if talk about stars was only **! Hotel info in the net was little bit too optimistik!! I like a lot your service in net!

Very clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff were always helpful. Quiet location in suburbs.
