Perhaps we were lucky that we appeared to get a free upgrade to a senior suite on the 18th floor but the views were great. However the hotel was excellent although in a slightly grotty area of town. Staff were helpful and the restaurant very good. The senior suite was very good but I suppose shouldn't represent the standard of a normal room.

We came for the football. Train line right near hotel and a good location and excellant value for both hotel and City itself. Nice bar and breakfast and if we came to Porto again would definately use this hotel

If travelling with family, two rooms is the only option. Breakfast is very good and the way to the city centre is short but not so nice around it.

I staid on the 8th floord (smoking floor) and the bedroom was perfect but a nice perfume for the room would have been nice...But well, we are smokers or we are not.

Enjoyed our stay here. the hotel provides a really nice breakfast and also a good value buffet at E14. Quiet and comfortable.

Excellent hotel, in a great location, with well furnished and spacious rooms all within a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The leisure facilities were limited due to refurbishment. The top floor Gym is well equipped with stunning views of Porto. The pool and Jaccuzi were also of a decent standard.

Very good hotel helpfull staff good breakfast plenty of choice would stay at this hotel again excellant value for money. The only down side i was with my 2 year old grandaughter and i had to pay for the uses of the swimming pool 7 euros but putting that aside overall we had a good stay at this hotel.

I was very surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price we had paid.The breakfast buffet included in the price was one of the best I have ever had. Located next to the metro, which is only two stops from the train station allowing us to go on daily trips and explore the area. The buses were close by and the hotel was slightly out of the centre - a 15 mins walk past shops/churches - which suited us. The restaurant had an evening dish of the day and we chose to go in when there was a fish dish which appealed to us only to find that this was also included in the nightly buffet which at 12 euro's was good value although a slightly stewed version. Very friendly staff all good English speaking.
