The hotel is in an excellent position as it is very close to the metro, the staff are excellent and very helpful, changing sheets and cleaning the rooms daily. The only grumble I have is that some of the rooms are in very bad condition. The smaller rooms are very badly decorated and in serious need of refurbishment but I suppose this is reflected in the price but it is not fair that some people are given the better rooms and others the worse off ones, I suppose it is the luck of the draw and I am not very lucky!

The hotel is about 11km from the airport ,tram stops about 100 yards from hotel cheap to ride into town, the location of the hotel is excellent as is the staff.

The hotel was good value for money, the only problem that we had as being on a main road it was a bit noisy. It was very clean and tidy, the maids come in everyday, with clean towels,soap. Reception staff were very helpful, and we travelled around easily on the metro.
