From Anonymous - Porto
Had an early morning flight from UK so checked in early mid morning but no problem, given room straight away. Desk staff very efficient and friendly, speaking many languages. Although position on Batalha Square is good, the square itself is not very interesting and some buildings seem to be unoccupied-bit of a run down feeling although the hotel is good.
