Decent sized rooms, good shower, satellite TV, room safe and mini-bar. Good location for exploring the City, 10 minute walk from the Metro (under 2 Euros from the airport, alight at Trinidade). No problem checking in at 10:30am, helpful English speaking reception and bar staff. I was a little concerned about the police cars parked outside, but it transpires the police station is just next door. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is well-located, walking distance to a metro stop (10-15min) and to Avenida de los Aliados from where you can head to the Ribeira and all shopping areas. The room was very spacious and kept clean every day. Breakfast was excellent, great variety! Including breads, pastry, jams, juices, hams, cheeses, fruits, desserts, vegetables, yogurt, cereals, butter, hot eggs, milk, coffee. Staff very helpful. There is a supermarket just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again!

Hi, VERY IMPORTANT, my comments about the service of the hotel are for an other etablisment: the Bessa Hotel, street Dr Marques de Carvalho, 111. Why ? because When I arrived at the hotel Inca at 20.30, my room was not available. And the manager of the hotel sent me to an other hotel with the same level. So, with the same price, and they take in charge the cost of the taxi between the two hotel. So, as the new hotel was better, the inconvenient has been weak. But, I think the big problem is, as I arrived in the evening, my room has been given to other people. But I called the hotel two time few days before to inform my arrival timing. This point is very BAD because it was the same thing in other hotel. I think You take this point to assure a better selection of yours hotels. Regards Cédric Chaubin

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would say it is only a 2 star. The facilities are really bad, the staff is not very well prepared and not in an amount for a 4 star hotel. Just to give an example, we asked to check the time of our flight online and the person in the front desk called the airline and charged us for the call. Amazing for a 4 star! The hotel and rooms are also very old and do not follow the Best Western expected standard. Just to sum, the hotel was a big disapointment!

Very nice breakfast. The staff was there waiting for us with our paperwork all ready. They also directed us to places to eat and showed us how to get back to town walking. The hotel is on a hill, but only about 20 minutes from the river and a very nice walk. We enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were clean and modern.

good hotel. room appearence should be upgraded. tv doesn't have enough relevant channels. breakfast is great. telephone is very expensive. unresponsive to the digital era of ground communication.

Cost was very reasonable considering the location (near Porto center), size of room (large compared to the Grande Hotel do Porto where I also stayed). Breakfast was a bit limited in selection and breakfast room a bit small. However adequate considering the room cost. Only major quibble was lack of good internet access access. It was free but only if you sat in the front room of the bar which was busy in the evening and smoky.

Bad luck for us, the hotel was under renovation during our stay so very noisy ! They asked us to change room in the middle of our stay and the second room was not as well as the first one (bad quality of bed, smaller) . Let's say that if we had stay in the same room for the whole stay, my rating would have been better . Anyway good place to be for 55 Euros/night. Nice breakfast and good location .

you siad it is 4 star, but i didn't think so, the rooms furniture is very old, the bathroom didn't have the toothset, no rasore. the key to the door is old style and it is very heavry. the lobby is very small, no internet service. but the breakfust is very good. the maid is good.
