Only complaint was that there were no tea coffee facilities in the rooms and by the time we arrived the coffee shop attached to the hotel had closed. There were also no ironing facilities

A very nice hotel with a good service. Breakfast is excellent with a very good varaity of products. The hotel is situated approx 2 km from the railway station, Taxi fare is € 7 to 9 to the Hotel. The hotel has a a no charge shuttlebus which drives all day to the airport and town center.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but very convenient for the airport, running a free shuttle every 20 minutes, very clean, friendly and with easy internet access. I think this is a good choice hotel.

Extremely convenient for airport (Taxi 6-8 euro): I agree with other comments about the staff closing the breakfast room dead on 10:00 am and letting eggs etc. run out before then.

Two kinds of customers; Italian conference participants with very expensive ties, and people going to and from the airport. We wish they could run a shuttle service to the earliest planes in the morning also. The cafe on the hotel ground floor had excellent food and very reasonable prices!

The only difficulty was getting from the airport to the hotel as it is only accessible by taxi (which are in short supply!) and I wasn't aware of the shuttle bus service

The food in the restaurant was of a high standard but the service did not match it! People were leaving the restaurant half an hour after being seated as their order had not been taken. The waiters were wandering around the restaurant with plates of food, trying to work out what table they were meant to be serving.There was a slight improvement after 2100hrs when another 2 waiters appeared, but it was too little, too late. The hotel is in a very convenient location for Pisa airport but we will not return to stay there. Not a 4 star hotel!

I am very happy with my hotel Galilei.I travell with my wife and a 4 year old son.We all find everything very easy in pisa as the hotel provides us the shuttle service.The employees of hotel and perticularly shuttle driver is very nice.We will refer this hotel to all of our friends.

A great place to stay if you need to catch a flight the next day. Only 5 min from the airport with easy access. Rooms are great and staff as well

this hotel is not 4 stars but at most a 3 star establishment. The lobby area had a strange sewer like smell which I think comes from the easy jet colored leather sofas. Breakfast was good though make sure you check your bill on checking out as they tried to charge me 60 Euro for a lunch that the previous room occupant hadnt paid for
