An excellent Hotel that meticulously tries to live up to its slogan of 'soft living'. The Staff and Management are courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The only drawback is its distance of 2km from a shopping centre which presents a difficulty for those without a car, as bus frequency is 30/60 minutes resulting in long waiting -time or missed buses. I have no difficulty in recommending this fine Hotel Resort.

Surprized water was rusty at start. It would be better to serve pajamas and toothbrush/paste. Mobile internet was not successful in room.

It's a lovely hotel, the surroundings are less, a bit chaotic. It's a pity that the hotel has no more bed at the beach. For the price you pay, I would think the cuffins/towels at the swimmingpool and the beds at the beach would be included. As there were quiet a few kids, I would suggest to make a small playground. Although there were made some small mistakes, the personel was very willing and kind.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool is absolutely beautiful, the gounds are great, but oh the serivce is absolutely dreadful. This is definately a resort you can loose weight at, as apart from breakfast it is almost impossible to get anyone to serve you. Particularly bad was the bar at the pool which was very dissappointing as this is where you want to spend most of your time as the pool is really something.

The staff are hopeless and very badly trained. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you do not have a car forgot it ! There is no taxi service either. We were stranded in the town after the hotel got the last bus times wrong with no taxis and when we phoned the hotel they said they couldn't help. WE also expereienced the worst BBQ ever, it was so bad that the hotel didnt charge us. They is no room service even thought they advertise they do it. WE stayed during a time of 20 % occupancy what it is going to be liike when they are busy , DONT GO ! The rooms are beautiful but the stay was ruined by the attitude and lack of local knowledge by the staff. very dissapointed.

This is a lovely, modern hotel in beautiful grounds. Our room was superb - a bright modern design and very tasteful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in both restaurants and the food was out of this world - not cheap but definitely worth it for a special occasion. Overall verdict - excellent. Would definitely go back.

We visited this hotel off peak and therefore the hotel and area was quiet, the outdoor pool was closed, however the quality of the accomodation was very good, spacious and clean. The linen and towels were changed almost every day. A car is a must if you stay at this hotel but there is a bus to Pisa which passes the end of the road and only costs 2 euros. Good location for the airport and Pisa. The buffet beakfast was excellent. I think the hotel is value for money and would certainly try others within the group.

I would have preferred that the indoor pool and sauna be included in the price of the room. Although I agree the massages and other spa treatments shoul dbe extra, I did not agree that I should be charged to use the pool.
