The room was clean however it did smell of damp,a damp patch was visable on the wall close to the ceiling, no balcony.Also Hotel charges 53 Baht a day for the use of the safety deposit box in the room. Which I have never come across before, bit stingy.

Rooms were not as they appeared on the net but were generally OK and clean. Would rate the rooms as 3 star at best. Hotel still tried to charge for joiner fee even though I had booked room for two. Thet reversed bill on production of travel voucher copy.Location is the best feature of this hotel. Breakfast was good but repetitive.

Standard hotel, reception staff could have been more helpful at check-in. TV reception wasn't great although it might have been weather related.

We had a very unsatisfactory and very old room with a noisy air conditioner and less than clean facilities. This hotel needs an upgrade urgently. The desk staff were less than helpful and often just disappeared on seeing you arrive at the desk.

Location is perfect. The hotel is in the centre of the most happening streets, which is great! The beddings and the bathroom are quite old, from the look of it. But they have fantastic Phuket town and sea view from the rooftop restaurants. I'd definitely stay there again!

This hotel is very handy to everything, right on the beach and bangla road. the breakfast was good, heaps to choose from. our room was ok, we only wanted a bed to sleep in as we were busy most of the time, our light went in the bathroom and they fixed it straight away. our leaving flight wasnt till 8.45pm,they offered to take our bags and look after them untill i was ready to pick them up at no extra charge, we checked out late and there was no extra charge. the pool is great too,i wish i had more time to do laps in it.

I personally found Patong way to commercialized for my liking but if you want to stay there this hotel is very well placed and at a fair price with very comfortable rooms. Good facilities and helpful staff.

We got a great deal - 1hour Thai massage, one free dinner and free drink for each patron booked! The Main hotel is on the oldish side but the added three wings are up to standard!

The hotel restaurant is amazing, we were given a complimentary meal but would have been happy to pay it was so good! excellent location, couple of good size pools etc, games room was being renovated, a shame but not essential (it is off season so at least they have tried to do it when it is least needed!) good stay all in all.

Rooms in the main building are a very good size but be cautious of rooms that have 'machinery' in the walls (617 & 619 are prime examples) as they are very noisy. AirCon in the main hotel rooms is poor and the hotel is quite dated and could do with a good refurb. Breakfast is extremely bad. Also be wary of rooms in the new 'Garden Wing' - the two that I inspected on the ground floor of one wing stank of damp and were extremely small. I also saw three on the upper floors of the garden wing and they were larger and didn't stink of damp!

The old garden wing needs to be updated, the new main building is lovely but the wing is now very tired. Cant really complain about the stay at this resort we did share the bathroom with some cockroaches but that is to be expected really. Overall they were very friendly and helpful and breakfast that was laid on was very well organised and had all types of food you could wish for. Would stay again if I went back to Patong.
