Very nice hotel.Rooms very clean and spacious.Lovely pool and great massage.Breakfast adequate to start the day.Friendly staff and a good location.Would stay here again

I had read very mixed reviews on web sites and expected the worst but very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was very clean and tidy, great food, nice pool and exceptional value for money ! Although some staff had difficulty with English - this was par with everywhere in Thailand - some were very good and all staff were pleasant and tried to help. The water was always hot, great views, although the hotel is away from the center of action and a bit hard to get to, the benefit is quietness.

stayed here 2 nights,2-4 feb, 2008. its not a luxury hotel but I would say the hotel is good value for money. It's a little away from the action so it's better off that you have your conveyance. hotel has a shuttle service though. Checkin- smooth, quick & efficient. front desk staff was helpful & cheerful, Room- Deluxe- It was clean & odor free. bed was comfortable & nicely done up. Bathroom - clean & odor free but the shower area seemed to be an after thought! Free wifi: Brownie Points! Breakfast: Nice & as compared to most of the hotels they changed their menu off & on. Telephone: BEWARE,tried making 2 calls that never got through but got charged. reception refused to rectify it. For calling phuket cell phone I was told I would be charged 3 times. Receptionist pulled out her cellphone & told me i could give her 30 BHAT per minute, the hotel doesnt have to know! For hotel management's reference:This happened on 4th Feb, 2008 at 11:00 AM.

Very well kept. Free shuttle bus provided to the beach as well from 9 - 6.30pm (every half an hour). Will definitely return for next stay. Great place for sabatical rest.

A nice modern and comfortable hotel with quite a reasonable restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only real downside is poor road access, also no signs from main road indicating where the hotel is.

This hotel is away alittle from the main area of patong, its up a little alley , you can take the hotel shuttle every hour untill 6pm but you will need to get a tuk tuk back which will cost around 150 baht. The staff are helpful, the massage(300 baht) was brilliant and manicures n pedicures(150 baht) were good.When we went out late and couldnt get the shuttle, just across the road lives a taxi driver and he was always willing to drive us into town for 150 baht.room was ok,no coffe making facilities but if you go down to the restaurant its very cheap(25 baht) we only needed a place to sleep as we were out most of the time.

Cheap solution bad you get what you pay for. I was amazed to see the breakfast area was not air-conditioned and opened to all wasps and flies that were happy to fly around the breakfast buffet diving in the jam, milk and all the food and having breakfast with us. What ever you do don't have breakfast there unless you are an insect lover.
