Quite clean except that I was in a smoking room and obviously so. The curtains reeked. Some of the staff at the front desk were short with customers - others were very professional.

It was a refreshing change to be able to open a window. Even though it was in close proximity to the highway, the noise did not bother us. The bed was comfy and everything was provided that we needed. We were lucky to get parking however, as this was limited.

no in house service facilities at weekends ie room service etc, we had to go to reception tp collect our own champagne glasses that we had requested, and the bed sheets were covered in human hairs , we had to make the bed ourselves after getting someone to bring clean sheets up to our room. TVcable was restricted to cnn blomberg and foriegn language programmes ..no sport channels.. the first hotel we have ever known without these!

My first hotel stay was EXCELLENT. The room was fabulous. However, I wasn't as impressed with my second room which was of a very awkward design, in an awkward location, etc. I was so disappointed that I was tempted to ask for another room. Also, I found the staff very courteous and helpful and the food in the restaurant/bar was very good.

i requested a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room with filthy curtains and holes burned into the bed covers. internet and movie charges were a complete rip-off, as were the meals which were average but completely overpriced. Would not recommend this hotel.

An average hotel, facilities limited as it was Australia Day - disappointing menu. Location quite good for city - walking distance 15- 20 mins.

Excellent hotel, very central location, no problems with the parking during week-ends. The bad is that you have to pay through the nose for Internet ($9/hour!) or in house movies and the underground parking is really cramped and most of the time full. During the week parking outside the hotel will be a problem!

This was the first time we had decided to stay in an Apartment and we were definitely pleasantly surprised. A very short walk to town centre and the rooms were very cosy. Would definitely stay over again on my next trip to Perth!

The house cleaners frequently did not empty the bins, did not fully make the bed and the bathroom toiletries and towels were not replaced daily

Right in the heart of the city, a bonus. However I found the underground parking too tight and had to be very careful when trying to park. Even though on a non-smoking floor I thought that when returning to the room it would smell slightly smokie.
