A good location with easy transport to the city and other attractions. A suggestion, good do with more washing machines there was enough space to put them.

Although there were tea and Coffee making facilities there was no way of filling the jug. The price seemed a bit high compared to other establishments of a similar or better standard in the area - which we used on a return visit. Room was quite tight spacewise, but clean, quiet and cool.

What a great hotel!! Although the rooms are very plain, they have the basics & the staff are very friendly & tell you everything you need to know. And the Cafe..... excellent if you are craving a home cooked meal!! Would stay again.

Poor check-in with confusion over booking. Despite location, very few rooms have a nice view of anything. But well placed , only a few minutes walk into King's Park and a free public bus outside the hotel. Good value.

Nice hotel for the price!! I don't beleive you could ask for too much with the price of a room..... it met my needs just for somewhere to crash after a christmas party. 24hr reception was a blessing as were the range of bikes the hotel have for sightseeing. I will be staying here again.

Sthe Hotel is a small welcoming hotel in the tradition of a Family Hotel not 5 star in the normal sense of the word but good wholesome and down to earth. Comfortable without being over the top. Wholly recommended providing you leave a room for me when next I want to stay.

Hotel rates were higher on the internet than advertised in holiday brochures. Room was quite small and very very basic.

Found the hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good with the Blue Cat free bus stopping right outside. However, we could walk into the city relatively easily as well. Car parking was very good considering th elocation and the small area the hotel occupied. Restaurant was good without being expensive.
