We chose the hotels based on the recommendation of others and were not disappointed. Lovely setting, many nice restaurants close by, right on the beach, plenty of parking spaces. We rated service as average due to the incident of losing our toothbrushes when we came back to our room after it has been done by the cleaning service. No apology from the hotel management. Nevertheless, we thought it was an incident that happened due to the rush of the Easter long week-end. We would still come back on our next visit to Perth.

This is a nice place to stay. The pool is a little small for the size of the venue and housekeeping came early each morning so we had to make sure we were awake each day, which was a little annoying. We had a really nice time there though and the apartment was great.

My only thoughts would be laundry facilities in the arpartments as most apartments I stay in have them but other than that I enjoyed my stay and am planning on going back there for a few days before christmas.

We were very pleased with our stay there close to all amenities and great housekeeping rooms were very clean and not outdated would highy recommend to anyone wishing a good stay we had a studio apartment which was very large in comparison to standard motel room all self contained , all the staff were very pleasent it was great thankyou

There was some confusion as to the type of room we had paid for and expected but they did put us in the requested two-bedroom apartment the second day we were there. The older apartments are a bit worn and definitely need some attention. (One of the sliding windows nearly fell out of its frame when we tried to open it). The location is very good, however. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Our accommadation was desperately in need of an update , the layout was poor, there was a lack of privacy ( cars parked immediately outside the living room windows ) and no outlook. I am sure that other units were better but my family and I were very disappointed. We seemed to have the worst unit in the worst location. There should be some way of checking the allocation of units so that you can either cancel the booking or request a better location at a higher price.

Just a shame that lots of facilities and things to do at Hillary's were closed and we weren't informed. Also found the kitchen utensils a bit sparce.

Found that the room even though we asked for a non smoking room the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. We felt that the building should have been equiped with a lift for people who are not as agile as the young we found that the stairs proved very hazardous when getting baggage up and down from the underground carpark. Maybe these items could be addressed.

An enjoyable stay in a very pleasant part of the world. Not alot of choice in terms of nearby restaurants, however the on-site restaurant was absolutely superb! Friendly, helpful service and very comfortable and easy check-in / out!
