Dirty smears on bottom sheet on arrival, liquid soap dispenser empty after first shower and not checked or filled for balance of stay, dirty marks on sliding glass balcony door, coffee cup not washed after one morning. Bad drainage in bath, water in both bath and sink takes ages to run away, basically standing in a foot of water while showering, no plug in sink. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

we spent two nights in Feb 2007 there in a river-view double room. the whole experience is very unpleasant, not like what some previous reviews said. The dust on the table is obviously very thick, which makes it very disgusting to touch! The riverview isn't that as expected, quite far away from the city centre although you can indeed see it. generally its quality is far less than the money you spent which is around 110 AUD dollars per night.

Booking in and departure went smoothly. Facilities were great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Car parking facilities were plentiful.

It would be fair to say that the room I stayed in while adequate, and clean was becoming a little dated, or worn looking, certainly for a 4 star rating.

People need to know that access is from Hovea St - driving east along Canning Hwy or turn into Mill point Rd if driving west. Parking arrangements could have been better explained. A table and chairs inside would have been nice. Some info read stated microwave but there was none in our room. Beautiful views from river side and very handy to city and suburbs.

Price would be the only reason to stay at this hotel. Quite run down and certainly not worthy of the four star rating it was given. Scary as two days after we left, the front desk person was robbed and hit in the head with a bat by the robber! Stay at your own risk!
