A good location for the CBD, a bit away from the action if you want bars and restaurants. Clean and well appointed, with laundry facilities in the room (in my 1 bed apartment anyway). No problems at all.

THE best place to stay if you are attending a conference at the Perth Convention Centre. My balcony from my first floor apartment overlooked the grassy area and turning circle between the Medina and the Convention Centre. The room was large and comfortable with separate dining/living room with separate desk for the laptop. Laundry in bathroom was very good. Fully equiped kitchen to prepare your own meals and an excellent cafe downstairs. A real treat. I'll be back.

This was my first visit to the Medina in Perth and this was receommened to me by a colleague. I walked into the bathroom and found pubic hair on the floor. There was a large long hair in the bath as well! The floor outside the lift on the 4th floor - was white and need a good scrub - very poor for a five star facility. The walls in the rooms were marked and there was also urine on the wall opposite the toilet. My version of a 5 star facility is that it should be impeccable! The staff were polite and helpful and the front desk and the restaurant was excellent. One thing I would like to recommend in the restaurant is perhaps the inclusion of some lighter meals. I found that if I had the special of the day, while it was great it was too large for me. Entree sizes would have been beneficial.The food was well presented and fresh. I ate breakfast once and it was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were fabulous - friendly, nothing too much trouble and the right amount of service

We found the accommodation very good indeed. The only major point to note is that the hotel can be slightly hard to find, given its location on the one-way system near tha Convention Centre. Ideally everyone making a booking would get a map - because we spent 20 minutes circling Perth late at night trying to find it!

we were pleased with our very comfortable well appointed room/suite. The facilities were good from the washing machine to the excellent shower. The staff were among the most helpful we have encountered. our only criticism the very small washbasin in a large bathroom. despite being a busy hotel near the bus station we found our room to be quiet and peaceful. A most enjoyable stay

It's definitely NOT A five Star Ratingas it has no 24 hrs dining, daily cleaning of room consisted of only the bath room. Friends leaving messages never passed on to me. I would rate the service apartment as best 3-star +++. Should I book the sheraton it would only costed AUD300+ more for the same period. However, the room is spacious, larger than that of hotels.

Other than a generously sized, well falcilitated and clean room in a hotel with excelent service, nothing else is included in the price. Also the large bed is very firm and almost uncomfortable to sleep on. I would rather spend the money in a slightly smaller sized hotel (with only one TV) and have breakfast included.

The room is spacious and well designeed. Was impressed by the eagerness to help at the reception when enquired about the route to Joondalup. He gave us a detailed routing including time it takes before each change of direction.

Excellent standard of housekeeping everything was super clean. Reception service very friendly alway willing to help. firm comfortable bed easy to sleep on . A gem in the Heart of Perth.

Excellent hotel with plenty of room, nicely furnished and good facilities. Mini bar good but could do with 'spirits'. Odd smell in coridoor (1st floor) but rooms perfectly clean and odourless!

The showers were badly designed as the water flowed over the edge of the bath and onto the floor. There should have been another glass panel/screen or it would have been better to have been another 20cm longer.
