I think there should be two armchairs in the King rooms as we had to take turns to sit in the comfy seat. Otherwise a great weekend.

Sales clerk was very rude to us as we used my sisters card. I had her permission but they made me feel like a criminal. I had to get my sister to fax her signed statement of exactly how much we were allowed to pay on her card. Which she didn't mind doing however we had to wait for about an hour before they would check us in.

The Hotel is situated in such a great loaction. I would request a Westerley facing room as the sun pores in which makes it very bright and the view is magnificent over the pool, golf course and river. The rooms on the other side look out mainly onto a carpark with glimpses of the river.

Absoulutely disgusted with waiting 55 minutes in a priorty privilege counter to check in!!!! Yes it was a long weekend but people were booked into the hotel - surely that was not a surprise. No privilege in being priorty as the other check in line would have been slightly quicker - I think someone has to look at reception as most people in line were complaining.

Very dissapointed with this so called 5 Star Resort.Right from the out set the service was terrible.When you you stay at a 5 Star resort they should for the money they charge try to make you feel a bit special,not at this place.It was a joke,not even a did you enjoy your stay sir.In a word Disapointing.

Staff very attentive and made our meal enjoyable. Also one family member was unwell & they arranged to have their meal re-directed to their room and offered Medical assistance if required. All staff were genuinely concerned and helpfull on our stay.

Competence of staff will render this hotel at its pricing... redundant. We have stayed in far better hotels at better rates and would not bother rushing back

The River Suites rooms are bigger then most houses, excellent facilities, the restaurant food has improved during the past 12 months. Recommend.

I find Burswood a bit overpriced and would recommend checking first for discounts but overall I enjoyed my stay
