The only bad thing about the hotel was the fact that when we arrived the parking lot was full. We were expecting free parking as advertised and their only solution was for us to park across the street at another hotel for $20/night.

Parking could be better. You have to stop the car in the street, go to reception and get a device from the staff, get back in the car and swipe the device to gain entry into car park then return device to reception.Very inconvenient.Everything else was good.

Good value for money. I found the staff very obliging. An 1/2 hour walk into central city though you can catch the free cat bus in the next street.

The map which is linked to by your website incorrectly shows the location of the Goodearth hotel. I have also looked at the location of another hotel in Perth (Kings Hotel) and this is also shown in the wrong place. The addresses given for the hotels are correct but the RED STAR THAT IS SHOWN ON THE MAP IS IN ERROR BY AROUND HALF A MILE. If I had been aware of the true locations of the hotels then I would not have made the choice that I did make. (Although I was happy with the hotel and its location did not turn out to be a major problem).

Staff were very helpful especially with letting us put our bikes in the left luggage room. There is a new building being built inbetween the Goodearth & the Swan River and I think this will ruin the otherwise lovely views. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
