It was a Lovely Short Stay. An indoor pool would of been great as it Rained the Weekend we were there so we couldn't use the out side pool. Room service Breakfast was beautiful. The stay was nice and relaxing.

Excellent facilities...breakfast could do with a bit of tidying up, bars, etc. very good. Would return.

Convenient location for those in South Perth but difficult other than taxi (approx $15) to get to the city. Rooms are large, hotel dinning and bar good.

The only comment my husband and I made was that the room we had (103) was directly above the driveway to the carpark and the automatic gate opening and closing vibrated through the bed head wall in our room and kept hubby awake. Breakfast was lovely the next morning.

Room was good and the service was good. You need a car as it is a bit removed from shops and town. Did not have a meal there so cannot comment on the restaurant.

Very disappointing hotel. Rooms are hermetically sealed, presumably for air conditioning purposes so smell. Only rooms at front of hotel above second floor have views of Swan River otherwise it is a depressing carpark or freeway. Avoid room 118 at any price! You must specifically ask for a balcony, the on line description of rooms is deceptive. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were very disapointed with the Pagoda we had stayed here in 2001 and had a lovely stay this time we were put in a room 133 above the service area and the refridgeration unit, had to spend 3 night sleeping on the sofa as the noise was so bad. When told they offered us the room above, which was a smokers room and smelt awful. Took them 4 days to clean the bath and the room was never serviced before 2pm in the afternoon.

The Broadwater was rockin. I reccommend the deluxe spa studio.

The suite was not a balcony suite as indicated in online display, one small ice tray (that had not formed ice) insufficient, ice machines indicated on each floor were out of ice (machine 3rd floor non existant), had to request a steam iron - non standard in suites, television reception less than satisfactory, guest compendium had not been reviewed - discount offers expired, stationary dirty, well thumbed & creased, service directory damaged. Furniture worn/scuffed, no comfortable arm chair for reading or TV viewing - I dont believe the Exec Housekeeper conducts adequate inspections - we arrived at midnight, at least the Night operation at Porter/Auditor was polite, efficient and helpful but it was not 4/5 star and wonder what suite we would have received if not an online booking, I could not recommend this operation at rack rates.

The hotel was well situated looking onto the swan river with excellent views. It was spotlessly clean with great facilities.
