We had problems with noise both nights. The reception let the other room have a cd player which they started playing at 12:30am and the guest sang along too. the other night people came back to there room with many guests and where having a party.

We enjoyed the stay at Duxton very much during the airrace. We were met with profesonell service ,but it would have been nice to maybe see some more smiles on some of the staff s faces. The bar should also have been open at longer hours maybe. The pool and the spa was a great spot,also the gym. Otherwise everything was great . Thank you for a nice stay ! there was a wedding party with cocktails in the foyer the day we arrived and it was rather chaotic & disturbing with loud music. We were told only car valet service was available at $22 per day but later saw many guest to the wedding self-parked ?

First time I have stayed .. Nice hotel, foyer, reception and restaurant very good. Rooms OK but a little basic. I would stay again.

I compare this hotel with other hotels around the world, it was nice although i would not consider it to be of a 5 star standard, at the maximun 4 to 4 and half star, the hotel need to invest in new bed linen, as the sheets show signs of wear.

It was the best hotel i'd ever been too. It was pleasent and the service was great. The staff are so friendly and the cleanliness is unbeleiveable! I couldn't believe a hotel so advanced and high class but cheap was in perth! RECOMMENDED!

We found the staff to be friendly and co-operative. From our ninth floor room we could overlook part of a park and two bodies of water - truly a pretty and restful scene.

My husband and I had a wedding to go to and were hoping to have a nice quiet rest also. But the peopoe that were in the room next to us had young children that cried winged and screamed for most of their awake time. We were woken on the Sunday morning at 7am by them crying and complaining and their mother screaming at them. That spoiled our whole experience at the Duxton unfortunately. We had heard so much about the Hotel that we couldn''t wait to stay there but our time there was dampened. Maybe they need to take into account couples and families should be on seperate floors.

Smart hotel, king size bed, quiet and with excellent facilities. Room is smaller than other 5 star hotels but otherwise worth a stay.
