The staff were most helpful. They went out of their way to explain directions. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel because of its good location to the Metro and fantastic Restaurents in particular Les Deux Canards. Fantastic!

We stayed on the ground floor of this hotel. We were barracaded in on all sides by iron bars on the windows. The walls are covered with material wallpaper, the only fire escape is along a long narrow corridor with iron bars on the windows. I would be very surpirsed if this hotel could pass the fire regulations. While the service was pleasant and the breakfast was fine, I did not feel safe in the room as if there had been a fire we had no way out.
