The hotel reception is in the process of beng renovated and is therefore a bad first impression. My original room had many problems (leaking toilet and shower, the safe didn't work, it was right on the street and very noisy). There was also water running through one of the beams in reception onto the marble floor. I changed rooms and the second one was OK. The breakfast room is tiny and very ill equiped.

Generally good, friendly staff and good location near the Eiffel tower. Rooms were on the small side (probably to be expected for the price) and drinks were cold at breakfast.

Nice, friendly hotel. Easy to find. Handy for the Eiffel Tower but not too touristy. Close to Metro stations and a good range of shops and restaurants nearby. Fairly basic room but it met our expectations for the price we paid.

While the room was very small, the location was easy walking distance from the Metro and the Eiffel tower. The breakfast was great and the bed comfortable. I would stay there again.

Some maintenance work required on some of the room sockets. The fridge did not seem to be on but this was no problem as such items tend to create noise. Very friendly and helpful staff, handy location, quiet. Keys need to be turned 3 times to open the door. Light on bridging corridor to rooms might help. Very unusual balcony effect overlooking inner courtyard.

We ordered and paid for two threebed rooms.When we arrived ,there were only one room available. Therefore my family have to split in two rooms the first night. One singleroom without ventilation and one doubleroom with a bad smell and moisture at the wall. The last room shouldn`t be used as a hotelroom at all.
