Location and price was very good. Not ideal if you are not slim as the lift and corridors were extremely small / narrow and the room was small too. But a good place to stay to see Paris and there is a great Italian restaurant opposite!

Thos hotel is shabby, down-at-heel and freezing cold. The heating did not work in the bedroom and we were there in December - horrific! The breakfast was a joke - orange squash, vile coffee and a stale roll. We went to the local cafe. A nightmare experience. Don't go there!

Our room was down the end of a very narrow corridor and was small and a bit run down. One of the walls had unfinished plaster on it, and we kept getting plaster dust on our clothes. Tiny bathroom, but serviceable. The area is OK, not particularly charming, but near a metro stop, near a good shopping street (rue de commerce, good for clothes and shoes) and only about a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

We arrived to find that they did not have us booked in at all. The receptionist was unfriendly and left us standing around for over 15 mins whilst she tried to sort things out. She said that on the day we booked they had computer problems. They had to book us into a different hotel far from where we had wanted to be. They said they would pay for the taxi. We lost over 2 hours of our very limited stay. The taxi driver embarrassed us at the other hotel as he obviously had NOT been paid. There were no apologies and the staff didn't seem to care. My daughter read the visitors book whilst waiting. Most of the comments were NOT good at all. I had previously stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and wanted to return. Never again.

Fabulous hotel, very clean, service is wonderful and the location is perfect as it is just around the corner from the Dupleix metro station. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all I know who are visiting Paris.

In terms of the Room facilities, it could be greatly improved if the rooms had coffee/tea making facilities. Just to get some hot water in the late evening/night proved to be quite a task.

Hotel is small but very clean and within walking distance of all major attractions. Bathroom is immaculate but once again very small - if you drop your sponge you'd have difficulty picking it up! Eiffel tower and la trocadero is 10 mins walk. Duplex metro station is around the corner and will bring you to the champs elysess within 5 mins. Hotel arranged for a shuttle to bring us to cdg airport - 34euro for 2 people. Great reasonably priced hotel for people going on sightseeing holidays.

If my needs I found the hotel clean, friendly and very close to the metro and all main tourist attractions. For me I only need a clean room as I am out all day sight seeing and have to say your hotel is very close to the metro and the sights of Paris - I will certainly visit again
