In common with other Paris hotels it was a little confined but over all I was very happy with what I got for the price I paid. Certainly beats what you get in the UK.

The Hotel is not a 4 star Hotel. But for the price of 145 Euros per night you will have a clean Hotel at an excellent location with a minimum breakfast at a reasonable price.

Nice hotel although not in my opinion a four star hotel. more like a three star which was a bit dissapointing when I arrived. the rooms are very small and not very clean. there are basic facilities and the service is good. my advice, if you want a four star go somewhere else. otherwise at a three star standard this hotel is ok.

No hot water for 2 days. Very poor response to complaint. The decor is old and tired. The hotel website is a gross exageration of the hotel facilities. To call this hotel a 4 star is utterly farcical. It would not get 2 stars for a guesthouse in Ireland. Location is great.

Everything is small in Paris and so are the rooms in this Hotel... Yet I guess it's hard to get a better deal with a hotel so close to the Champs Elisées... When we tried to get additional rooms, Hotel Club would not get them and the hotel charged 45 Euros more per night than the Hotel CLub deal. Would recommend the hotel any time, especially at those rates.

we are very very disappointed for the low quality of this hotel we feel we are decived by the facts and describtion given about this low quality hotel bad small room ,unbelivable bad poor breakfast and breakfast room.you should have said it is 2 star hotel and not give an hounest rating and rate simply we are ripped off this hotel worth 50 euro maximum

The hotel is in a superb location. It is very shabby and tired in need of re-furbishment, however priced accordingly. The breakfast was disgusting and the staff generally unhelpful. You get what you pay for...................
