I thought the Rochester hotel was really nice. I would definately recommend it. The location of it is perfect for both business and leisure guests. A great base for exploring the city. I will definately be coming back.

To be honnest, we were disappointed. O.k. it's "just" a 4 star hotel, where we might be used to 5 stars, but even then. The pictures on the site look good and I can't say they they're fake, but it reality everything is just a little bit older, smaller and less luxurious. We arrived on Sunday, but unfortunately, on Sundays the bar is closed! Which hotel bar is not open 7 days a week? Then show us to the restaurant. They have none! Only for breakfest, which, and that's the best thing ever, is available till early afternoon. So now we could sleep late (though the bed was a bit short and narrow) and still have breakfest! And very close to the shops (St. Honoré) and the Champs Elysees.

Room was small (ours was a luxury double). Bar was very small with uncomfortable seating. Not the sort of place you could sit and relax in. Very few facilities. Close to shopping areas which was very useful. Ours was a room with a view but the view was not attractive. Hotel is more suitable for business travellers who may only use the hotel for somewhere to sleep, in which case it is overpriced. Web price was more that the actual room rate. online booking does not make it clear that breakfast is not included. Our room was next to the lift shaft hence a bit noisy. When asked to be moved we were told to re-pack our luggage and vacate the room before we could be offered another room which was not practical. Staff seemed generally friendly except for the one we complained to.

Poorest service ever had...The breakfast was bad, and very expensice, euro 23 for almost nothing, nothing fresh. We wewe not aware that the breakfast was not included. This is not a forustar hotel, and the room rates are too high, even in Paris. We will never return.

We loved our room and stay at this hotel--we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room, it was a large room, large bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel if used as a base for your meanderings into central Paris. Hotel facilities limited (eg. No gym, pool or movies) But staff friendly and helpful.
