I hope no one does like this hotel once they enjoy stay for one night my recomendation to all please be careful about bedbugs and Customer Services I hope Venere will remove this hotel name from their web list so no one will confisued

The location was great. Nevertheless the cleanliness of the rooms was totally unexistant. There were bedbugs, and when we told the host about it, he refused to help, instead looked at us with certain disgust. If we did not liberate the room before 2 p.m. the cleaners only threw clean towels into the room and did not clean later. We found a forgotten cap underneath one bed, and the carpets were stained. Overall very dirty.

The staff are very friendly and nice!!!I like them a lot. Unfortunately I had a big luggage and the elevator wasn't too convient that it started at the second floor. And there was a problem of hot water(which was always less than hot), I hope it's just a temporary problem. By the way, the location is good because it is near the train station!

I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. When we arrived we found a dirty room: the sheets were torn and with some red spots (maybe blood!?), cobwebs on the walls, and spots on the wc... We changed room after our request. For three days we had NO warm water, and the towels have never been changed. Employer at the reception is very unfriendly. I strongly suggest to go to another hotel!

Never visit this place!!! My wife was bitten by flees through her visit in this hotel. She had an itchy feeling the morning after, so she went to a pharmacy. I wonder if you can call this a hotel, as I would not send my dog there. I recommend to Venere to remove this hotel from their database. The family room (4 persons) was really small. The security is bad. When I received my key for the first time, the room was simply open. Please follow my advice and do NOT go there. I am not a picky person and travelled a lot, but this is the worst hotel I have ever visited.

We arrive late and they were very helpful. We had to pay an extra 2 euros for some reason before we left, but the price was still really good. It was about a block and a half away from the metro in a good neighborhood. There was a bakery and grocery store next door. The one bad thing about this hotel was that there was no hot water.
