I stayed at the Pierre & Vacances City Montmartre in mid September. The hotel is more like an apartment; no room service, no daily maid service, etc. I had a triple room and compared to other hotels I stayed in in Paris, this was a large room. I had a well stocked kitchen and the bathroom had a full bathtub; a luxury compared to the average Paris hotel room. It was freshly painted and newly decorated. Front desk service was great; everyone was very pleasant and spoke English. Location is wonderful; you're at the foot of Sacre Coure and in a lively neighborhood. I really liked the area and would definitely consider staying here again.

Reception areas clean and modern but apartments need redecorating. Paintwork dirty, curtains dirty, the blankets had cigarette burns in them. Sheets and towels were clean. Good location but there was a large noise level from people congregating outside the theatre next door during and after the performance.

Nice place, village Paris, near a square, shops, restaurants, and a small theater. Metro around two corners. Clean nice studio (=+good kitchen) Polite desk personel. Little surprises (that did not at all spoil our vacation, by the way): extra city tax, we selected through internet a double bed, but got two beds. We payed (extra) for the first day a Gourmet Breakfast (on bed) for 9 Euro p.p. and they forgot (?) the milk, the compote, the cheese,... So the next days we went out and bought the fresh croissants / breakfast at the corner. A far better idea.
