Excellent location to food, subway, bus, shopping. Room nice but not spaceous. Staff very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Dingy room with dingy beds for the price 90 Euros + tax + 6 breakfast (optional) per person for late May 2006 booking. 60 Euros would be more appropriate for this hotel. However, it is close to the Galerie Lafayette (about 5 blocks) and to the Orlys Bus to take you to the CDG airport. Excellent staff, especially Jalil. Very competent & very helpful in everyway. We switched to a better hotel, it was a little more $ but definitely worth it. I don't mind staying at Peletier Haussman Opera but not for 90 Euros.

Hotel staff was helpful, convenient to stores, restaurants and Opera. Accomodations were tight. Construction going on next door.

The hotel was in an excellent location, but the building works on the adjacent property woke us up at around 7am each morning. For this reason I could not stay at this hotel again unless the works had definitely finished. We really suffered due to the lack of sleep, as it was only a short trip anyway.

We had booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 1 because of the building work going on in the adjoining building. At 7am the Kango hammers started. The noise was intolerable. We packed and went to look for another hotel. We had to pay for 2 nights. We have 4 children at home and getting up at 7am wasn't part of our relaxng itinary. We were both conconerned about the fire exit which was the main stairway. If a fire had started in the stairway there was no other way out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Paris but this hotel definately won't be remembered as one of the hihglights!!!

This charming little hotel is located in a fantastic area 'Opera' and within walking distance to the Lourve. Although the room & bathroom is small, it was clean and the beds comfortable. The size of the room wasn't an issue because we were only there to sleep. There was construction taking place next door (Sep'05) so it was a bit noisy. The lift is only big enough to fit your bag so be prepared to climb the steps to get to your room. There is one computer for internet access at a charge of 2 euro for each use - this was not working when I was there. Overall I was very happy with this hotel.

It takes about 15 minutes walk to the major department stores. The construction next building is going on Mon - Fri from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. So I won't recommend it if U want to sleep late or take an afternoon nap. The subway is closed by and very convenient. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
