I only stayed for one night and it was very pleasant. The staff were helpful and courteous. The elevator and room were small but it's not really a matter for the price. The bathroom was good. The only thing which was not good was a bit noisy in the morning and night. Very good location, very close to RER, metro station, bus stop and supermarket, just a few steps. I would definately stay there again.

This was the first time that we had stayed at Hotel L'Ouest; we were there for the opera at the Garnier which was a short walk away. We were very pleased with our room, which was spacious and had plenty of cupboard space. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very convenient for shopping and restaurants which would encourage us to return to the L'Ouest Hotel.

The accomodations were very adequate but certainly not top drawer. The room was fairly small, but evidently typical for the region and not the smallest. The bath room was ample with a large tub and a shower holder at an adequate height. The double bed was in fact two twins held together by a sheet or two. When it rained, water came pouring into the room because of splashing off the metal rail in front of the window, wetting the carpet and resulting in a musty smell. The best part of the hotel is its location, about 100 paces away from the Gare St Lazare. It is within easy walking distance of a large number of attractions and the neighbourhood had a very safe feeling. Right next door is a great little restaruant/bar with good food and service. Starbucks is around the corner for those with WiFi needs. Speaking of WiFi it is available within the hotel but you need to navigate through acquiring an account and paying about 9 or 10 euros per day.

Best part of staying at this hotel is its close proximity to the Gare-St.Lazare train station. I was visiting friends in Normandy and needed a hotel in Paris for just one night; took the train from Deauville to Gare-St.Lazare, found the hotel right away, and it was great. Good value for the price.

Hotel location is very good, situated very close to Gare St. Lazare. The rooms were a little shabby, small and dark. I would stay again myself but would not recommend it to friends.

Good location. Next to metro and RER stations. Excellent to commute from and to the airport. Kind and helpful staff. Room and bathroom ok. Small elevator and always busy. Breakfast is not included in the price. Room cleaning was not so keen because since I arrived noticed a couple of papers under the bed and stayed there during my whole stay (6 days)
