We arrived at the Hotel and were told that there was a water problem and we would have to go to their other hotel around the corner. When I originally booked I had asked for a room with a kitchenette but at the hotel around the corner I was told there was no kitchenette. I felt that the one around the corner was not of the same standard of the one that I had booked, the one that I had booked at seemed to have just been refurbished unlike the one we were sent to. The Hotel was confortable and the breakfast was excellent. It is in a very convenient location and very quiet. The staff were helpful though there was a problem with language at times as we do not speak any French. Noel and Ruth Hamilton New Zealand

Good location and room is clean. Service is good and polite overall. Had a leak in my bathroom but was fixed promptly. The bed is actually a sofa bed. Room is crammed but has microwave, fridge and stove. Do not expect housekeeping to clean the dishes. No sponge/detergent are provided for cleaning them either. This hotel is for those who do not intend to spend a lot of time in the room nor those with back problems (sofa bed). For us, it was adequate and value for the price (discounted by booking online with [Your Website].

Our experience was colored by the heatwave, so that lack of convenient cooling (plugs not working for fan, no room to open windows except over the beds) caused discomfort and affect the rating which would otherwise be v good. Cleaning of rooms could have been more thorough, but breakfast exceeded expectations, and an extremely p;easant and helpful staff made the experience enjoyable in spite of the heat. Especially Sebastian and the breakfast lady whose name began with an H I think!

This hotel is a just about the lowest average we would use as a family. The breakfasts were great. The room was clean but looked very-very used. We didn't have a bedspread on the double bed, and the shower was about 28 square. It was very hot in Paris, and they did give us fans. The kitchenette was good, and the people were all very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. You had to open the door to pick up the soap if it fell on the floor.

Apartment/room for 4 people is very small, difficult to move around. Beds need new or cleaner blankets. Bathroom is small but clean. Five minutes walk to metro.

Allotted room was very small. We requested a larger room and were given a room with a small sitting room. We were charged 40 euro extra per night for this. Thus we paid 148 Euro per day for the 8 days of our stay. I think we could have done better but the breakfasts were OK and the Villiers metro was fairly close. However the hotel was too far away from the Palais de Congre where I needed to attend my conference daily.
