Air Condition not in working even though I had complained. But not response to ractity it. With window open, the noise outside was un pleasant. The noise barrier was bad.

I found the location of the hotel excellent. Metro just around the corner. The rooms were clean and small. The dining room I found to be very poor and shabby. Had breakfast one morning and skipped the rest. May go back there not sure.

Basic facitlites, but good location. Rooms could do with a bit of TLC, but clean and tidy. Seems to have been paired with the hotel next door called The Lord Byron which looked nicer.

Very friendly and obliging staff. Location is more than excellent. Two steps away from the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe, and of course the main metro lines.

Rooms old fashioned and a little small but a nice comfortable Hotel giving good value in a pricey location (off Champs Elysees). Friendly and helpful staff. English spoken, but attempts at French are appreciated.

The hotel is very conveniently placed just off the Champs Elleysee where one can, within a few minutes, hop on the Metro or catch the tour bus which links all the main attractions in central Paris. The hotel was very basic, but clean, comfortable and friendly, quite adequate as very little time is spent in the hotel. The staff were helpful and very willing to explain in english though they obviously appreciated, like people in most countries, our attempts to communicate in french.

The original room allocated to us was not (in our opinion) 4*. The furnishings, outlook and general facilities were poor. There were actually 2 light bulbs on the bedroom wall, either side of the bed - no lampshades!!! just light bulbs. The room was number 14. We eventually settled for a smaller but neater room, still not 4*. Location was ideal for all activities.
