Fairly typical of a Paris hotel - better value than an English one (admittedly not hard) but not as good as those found elsewhere on the continent. My only significant issue is that the breakfast area could do with being larger and better staffed, but this fits in with the theme above: better than the UK, not as good as the rest of the continent.

The worst hotel of our Europe trip. My husband ended up requiring medical assistance to be able to move his neck after sleeping in their terrible beds. After this incident the staff were terribly rude and unhelpful. The bed was so old and had springs coming through the mattress. Breakfast was also terrible for a city that is meant to be the best at food. AVOID THIS HOTEL, great location but there are others around

WE WERE ON THE 6 TH FLOOR .SECURITY FOT FIRE VERY BAD VIEW FROM THE WINDOW PATHETIC.OLD BACK YARD.PLUMBING IS IN NEED OF BEEN RENEW.WE WERE DECEIVED BY YOUR CHOICE OF HOTEL.YOU SHOULD GO THERE AND FINE OUT BY YOUR SELF .THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE BREAKFAST.PARKING AVAILIBILITY NONE.ELEVATOR FOR 1 1/2 PERSON A REAL BOX FOR FIRE.PLEASE SEND SOMEONE THERE

I was in the madrid opera hotel paris for a business trip. I was desappointed on the day of my meeting because the responsible of the hotel did not want to let us use the meeting room (even we are new customers and 7 people from many countries around the globe. We had to go to the next hotel meeting room and pay for it. what is the sence to sleep in the Madrid opera hotel? don't waste your time
