one of two lifts (elevators) out of order very approximate to Nord and Est stations - good no information/leaflets on buses in common with many info/tourist outlets in Paris - the city's buses are good and fast IF you knew which are which and to where each route is going (contrast with good info. on London buses for example)

From the moment my party arrived the staff made us feel at home. Nothing was a trouble to them day or night. We only used the restuarant for breakfast which was excelent and plentyfull. Full marks on every account we have paid a lot more for a lot less.

Very good quality/money ratio. the breakfast is very good also, location is close to metro station, in 15 minutes you are in city center by metro.

Clean two star hotel very well situated, close to different metro entrances, Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est. Small rooms with basic facitlites. Very friendly people, good breakfast buffet, garage and automatic luggage storage system. Excellent value for money in its category, . 24 hour bar service with food.

The hotel is very clean but rooms are very small. The breakfast is really good. Service is so so. People are not very friendly but they do their job. The area is very quiet but quite far from the Paris attractions (Tour Eiffel, Champs Élisées, etc.). But a pretty good hotel for the price.

Rooms are small and cramped. The heater in the room did not work. Hubby was stuck in the bathroom for over half an hour due to a faulty lock. The cleaning ladies expected you to work around their timetable - when asked if they could come in to clean, I said we would be leaving in 10 minutes so she could come back then. She then pushed some towels and soap into my hands and walked off in a huff!

A good average Hotel with reasonable sized rooms and sound proofed for a quiet restful night. Breakfast was average but adequate. Close to Metro station and main Regional railway station.

Very efficient service and good value for money overall. Well placed near to overground and Metro services and nice restaurants available within 10 minutes walk (near Stalingrad station). Overall, recommended as a base for anyone visiting Paris and arriving at Gare Du Nord or Gard D'Est. Both are walking distance which is ideal when you see the size of the taxi queue.

We stay two night in this hotel but it was impossible to receive one invoice ( bill confirmation) at departure and we need that as company traveller.
