Modern refurbishment but small rooms. Close too Montmartre so a little bit seedy. Clean and tidy, generally nice people but a little too much for a shoebox room...

When we arrived there for our three night stay we were told that our room was not available and that they had found us alternative rooms in another hotel some distance away. We were made to find our own way to the new hotel without apology.

We were due to be staying at the Husa Calais for 2 nights in November but were moved to the Tryp Blanche Fontaine as the Calais was full. Although aprehensive at being moved, we were thoroughly impressed with the alternative offered. Location was perfect for us as we were going to a show at the Moulin Rouge, breakfast was great, service great too.

A good hotel with very comfortable bed and good sized rooms. Air conditioning in the room made it a very comfortable stay and a perfect relief from the heat of the day. Staff were very helpful and polite.
