When we arrived, they did not show a copy of our reservation. -We had the "receive confirmation in 48 hours" from the hotel statement after we booked. We did receive that confirmation and had the computer verification thank goodness so we were able to get our rooms. The rooms were very clean and very nice. The bathrooms appeared all new with marble etc fittings. Very beautiful. We had three rooms and we came with friends who had two rooms, the rooms were all nice- small of course- we were in Paris, but beautiful. Well equipped. Hair dryer, soaps etc in the bath. Breakfast was 20 euro and not included so we passed. The elevator was tiny. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. We were only a couple blocks from the Champs.

We stayed 5 days at West End Hotel. Excellent location and people at the front desk were very helpfull and friendly. We will always come back. I also would like to add that Venere reservations service was excellent along our trip through out Europe.
