Recommended. Friendly and helpful. Good English. Satisfactory size of room for us (2 adults and 1 child). No restaurant but places to eat nearby. Out of immediate tourist part of city but easy access to Metro and buses, and approximately 15 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe.

The breakfast buffet was very poor. The bathroom had no window and smell bad. We asked for three single beds and we found a double one and the third one was a canape one.
