our first night they have moved us in another hotel because they said there was no room, but we were confirmed, they paid us a taxi to go there. this was very strange.. as i discovered then that the same thing happened to other visitor, so you should check and ask the reason..

We enjoyed our stay at the Monceau Wagram. However their idea of individually controlled air conditioning were fans placed in our room, and no mini bar was found in our room. With the cool breeze at night this did not pose much of a problem, but I am disappointed that the info was not more accurate.

Nice location as it's so close to the subway station and restaurants.The staff was so helpful.But, unfortunately the room was too hot ! They asked to change but we remained at the same room because other rooms were in the same condition.Fortunately, ours had a big balcony.For sure we will stay again there for the next visit to Paris ! Thanks to all !!

What a lovey little hotel, it's pretty close to the Ternes Metro station so its easy to get about. The staff were great and we had a wonderful relaxing time!

The B&B was very nice but the room was a bit small even by European standards. Also, no AC. The staff was very nice and very helpful so I would have to say the overall rating is excellent.

Charming hotel ideally situated near the Place des Ternes. Sadly, the staff let it down. Ordering 2 white coffees from the bar to take to the room proved a difficult & lengthy task. After the 20 minute wait for it to be prepared, took it to the room, poured the milk into the coffees to find that the milk was stone cold and coffees ruined!! It would have been a better solution if the staff member could have brought to my attention that there are tea & coffee facilities in the bedside cupboard in the room. The night porter was disinterested and verging on rude when he did not want to give up his personal call to attend to a request. Shame that the staff let down this lovely hotel.

We both had a lovely time at your hotel. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was very pleasant and the staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. An ideal location and it really made our break special. I have only one criticism, which is that the web site implied that breakfast was included in the price we were expecting to pay. I should have doubled checked this myself but i do feel that the web site should be more clear about this. Otherwise thank you very much!! We would definatly come back!!
