No complaints: clean, quiet (at the rear of the hotel, at least), well located for the Gare Du Nord. So long as you're not expecting 5-star comfort at 2-star prices, I can certainly recommend this hotel for short stays. Just be realistic on expectations.

Staff very friendly and helpful. There were few things to recommend this hotel. It does allow 3 people in a room and this is the only reason we stayed there. I did not like the location at all. I would not stay there again unless there are more than three people to be in the room.

We did not get new towels every day! And we did not get any new shower gel and there was no soap. And the coffey tasted really bad you could hardly drink it at breakfast.

Hotel was being refurbished while we were there. It caused us no problems, but made it look a bit untidy. It should look very good when it is finished.

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff courteous and helpful. The lift didn't go all the way to the top (!), forcing us to climb the last two flights to our room. The breakfast facilities were small; one day when a huge horde of students came down for breakfast when we did, taking up all the tables and all the bread. (They also used all the hot water for showers!). On our last day, they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel until our flight home.

It was great to find a hotel in Paris for a family of 5 that didn't cost a fortune! Small rooms but comfortable and close to the sights of Montmartre. The best part was that it was so quiet. Friendly and helpful staff too. We would stay here again.

Basic hotel but the location was good and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was average but there are excellent fruit shops and pastry shops in the next street.

I was disappointed with the overall service. We needed to request towels every day, the floors in the room where not clean and most of the lights did not work. The hotel advertises that it has a lift, but it does not service all floors.

I would NOT stay here again. The hotel is incredibly noisy, especially when in a room adjacent to the stairs. The decor is broken and shabby, and it represents very bad value. The road the hotel is on is fine, but the prostitution is rife less than 100 metres away, between the hotel and the metro. Surely there are better hotels for this price in Paris?
