Shuttle service from airport extremely poor! Shuttle van was full in back, so driver put my mother and me in front seat with him and drove at extreme speeds, narrowly missing multiple accidents until he sideswiped another vehicle. He then claimed the other driver was at fault, and after arguing heatedly with him left the scene, claiming the other guy left the scene. Very frightening ride and took over an hour, normally should take 30 minutes. Excellent proximity of hotel to Tour Eiffel and metro.

The staff - at reception - make this one of the best hotels in town. The rooms, though rather small were very clean and the fresh towels each day were welcome. The location was excellent for the metro, the RER and the Batobus as well as being central for the river and the Eiffel Tower.

i thought the hotel was wonderful, very close to the eiffel tower and the bir-hakeim metro stop was just outside the door, only one probably was that the bathroom door was kinda see through that was it . staff were very helpful in very way

An exceptionlly clean and well located hotel - 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and across the street from a tube line. If I go to Paris again I will book this hotel.

A lovely hotel in a very good location and ideal for the metro. Our room was spotlessly clean with lovely crisp cotton bed linen and large fluffy towels. Bed was huge and very comfortable with plenty of pillows. For Paris the room was a good size. The staff (with the exception of the person on night duty) were all very welcoming and helpful. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel but there are plenty of nearby cafes to choose from. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay at the Eiffel Seine Hotel. Converniently, the metro is over the road and the bus close by, however, it is central enough to be able to walk to many places of interest. The rooms, although not big, are well maintained and very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Having looked at hundreds of hotels on the internet we were not disappointed with our choice, that is, of a reasonably priced small, clean hotel with a bit of character as well as contemporary decor, in a convenient location and with big fluffy white towels.
