The concierge/front desk staff was hit or miss. They were either too busy to speak to us and completely unhelpful or quite thoughtful. The rooms were very loud. I do not recommend staying in the smaller economy rooms. Other rooms that I saw, even if only slightly larger, seemed to be much more comfortable and well appointed than mine. The location was odd - hard to find good nightlife or cafes without walking many blocks.

This was a very charming hotel and was as promised. The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient and the room was clean and spacious. I would recommend that the deluxe room be selected. The standard room is a bit cramped. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.
