For a four star rating this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were tiny - just enough room for a double bed and not much else. Our bathroom was almost as big as the room which would have made up for it if the bathtub didn't leak and continuously leave puddles on the floor even when we weren't using it! The room safe in the room was not working and after repeated calls to the front desk about it no one ever came to the room to look at it. The hotel staff was friendly but it appeared the hotel only had about 3 employees which could account for the poor service.

go and see by yourself. we paid almost 160 euros per night per room and we asked for breakfast we were told to pay 20 more euros per person for the double room, so this makes it 200 euros/night, too much for such hotel, this hotel is not a hotel it is a motel.

The Hotel was beautiful with a perfect location. I only have one complaint and that is when we arrived in the morning after travelling since early morning hours we were alloctaed a room. When we entered this room, it was not cleaned and we were met by the sight of empty wine bottles and a used condom! This was not the perfect start to the weekend. When I went down to reception and told them that the room had not been cleaned they asked me, Do you want another room? There is only one answer, YES! We had a lovely weekend but the start was not good.

It should be a 4 stars hotel, but I should have expected a higher quality room. It is very small and no so comfortable. Very good location.

The hotel was generally good. The staff were only helpful when required. The room cleaning was poorer than in other hotels I have stayed at, but I think France appears to be less hygienic than other countries.The bathroom floor appeared to have been wiped rather than cleaned.

Not really a 4-star hotel service-wise. Rooms very small but clean. Small foyer and very small restaurant. Overall not too bad but definately not 4-star material. Good location (near Champs-Elysees)which is probably the reason for at least 2 of the 4 stars. We were not really satisfied overall...

Service was poor. The room service menu only operated between 7pm and 10.30pm. I tried on my first to order dinner at 7.15 and was told that there was no one in the kitchen and to call again at about 8. I had to go out and find an alternative. The second night I tried and was told, very abruptly, that it would be at least 8 before someone would be in to do dinner. I called again at 8 an ordered some food, which was due to arrive within 25 minutes and actually came over one hour later. As I was there on business, the room service facility is very important as I work all day and often do not want to go out to a restaraunt alone, and I was unable to get proper service at this hotel. Also, I was overcharged on my final invoice for mini bar items that were never consumed. I will never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to my company, or anyone else, for business or leisure use.

Very friendly staff. Most spoke fine English which helped as we do not speak French. They seemed to go a step beyond what was expected to make our stay pleasant. The location is about a ten minute walk from the nearest Metro station.
