Too small a room, even for European standards (one could hardly move in it and second bag had to be left by the entrance door). Good reception service, very good concierge service, above average public facilities, good breakfast.

The location cannot be better. As always in Paris, the rooms were small, but completely comfortable. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. I have stayed at the Montelembert, not far away, and for the extra few dollars I would have rather stayed there. Next time.

Shampoo and Bath Gel was missing many times after cleaning bathroom. Brekfast was OK, but often many kinds of items was empty (missing) . Otherwise everything was very good.

We were disappointed with the room. We had booked a deluxe room. If the room we got was deluxe I dread to think what a normal room would be like as it was tiny with only hanging space for clothes and nothing in the way of drawers. Further one of the reasons we booked the hotel was because of the spa facilities in particular the treatments it offered but these were completely booked for our 3 day stay and the reason would seem to be that the hotel only has one therapist whereas the literature on the hotel website refers to a team of therapists.

Hats off to the cleaning staff as there was no problem with sleeping late, they accommodated us and cleaned our room regardless what time we left the hotel.
