The standard bedroom was very well appointed. The bathroom was great, with a window for ventilation. It is located in a business district, so it is very quiet at night. The restaurant is high quality. The fire alarm rang one early morning (a malfunction) but we could barely hear it since the bell is in the hallway. It sounded like street noise. All over Europe this could be improved.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel has a very warm welcoming feel......... the staff are very cheerful, polite and very willing to help (the concierge is a fountain of information and worth his weight in gold!). A truly satisfying experience in elegant and stylish surroundings. Thoroughly recommended!

The only problem we came across was on Sunday morning when there was a lot of people at breakfast at the same time. The staff were disorganised, we had to ask for tea four times. Other than that the service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone, and I will be looking forward to going back myself at some stage.

This was booked as part of our honeymoon and the staff went out of their way to make it special for us. They are friendly, helpful and courteous. It is situated only 5 minutes walk from the Champs Ellysee making it convenient. I could not recommend it enough to others. There is nothing they could have done better.
