Room is OK with very standard facility. Bathroom without hairdryer. Location only 3 minutes walk to Charles Michel metro station then you can reach all part of Paris. English speaking staff and very helpfull.

Just mention that the breakfast buffet was on 2 separate desks and that I noticed the 2nd desk a bit late (desk with joghurts and orange juice, placed a bit on the outside of the breakfast room).

The Eiffel Tower is 20 minutes walk away. There is a metro nearby, charles michael. The hotel is nice but i probably won't stay there again. The rooms are small and the staff does not understand english all that well.

Your web site claimed it was a 4 star hotel but when we got there we found to our disappointment that it was only 3 star.

Very clean but stay was marred by poor training of staff,(Except for the poorly paid African cleaners who worked to a high level).Front counter girl was rude and refused to let me speak to the manager when a discrepancy occurred between what was advertised on Venre and the actual final bill. She refused to believe what had been advertised on the website, had to catch a plane so just paid up as no time to discuss the matter! Perhaps because she knew that, she used that deliberatly? Apart from staff problems, it was well positioned had small but fancy rooms and was very cozy.

The hotel is very well situated, beside a Metro station. The rooms overlooking the street are subject to some traffic noise but this is not excessive. The bathrooms are exceptionally well-appointed for a hotel of this rating. This is the best 3 star hotel we have stayed in in Paris.
