Seems I have found an ideal 2-star hotel in Paris: Albouy. Everything was excellent - english-speaking staff, clean rooms, convenient bed, rooms and bathroom well rennovated. Two steps from metro station, close to Gare de l'Est and Bastille. Super and thanks a lot! Next time will stay at Albouy, that's for sure, and would recommend to everyone.

We had a really great stay here as a group and couldn't fault it. The rooms were small but stylish and the bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink that were sparkling and new. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was located 30 seconds from a metro station and 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. This hotel catered for most people, we stayed with young families, couples of all age groups and single travellers. A really convenient place to stay!

My family and I had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and available when we needed them. They helped us with direction and best places to see. It is very close to all main sites. The hotel was clean and quite. The Lady that was incharge of the kitchen was so sweet and the breakfast so good. I highly recommand this hotel to everyone. I will definitly go back. Thanks everyone!

This is a basic good value hotel. The location is quite convenient within walking distance of Republic Square and quite close to a metro station. The rooms are small and if you have mobility problems you might find the toilet and shower a bit difficult to use. The lift is tiny but at least there is one. The hotel offers free wireless internet which is great but from the 5th floor the signal was very patchy and it kept dropping out which meant going down to the lobby to use it. The staff were helpful and we had no hassels in our stay. Breakfast is available for an extra 5 euros which is reasonable and consists of croissonts, bread, jam and tea/coffee/hot chocolate.

Well, my girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for six night. We use the room only for sleeping, and we were really spent some good nights. In the nearby there's a metro station, very practical, e a very good bakery, for the breakfast. There are two or three super-market. If you want only to sleep in an hotel, this is really the one you're searching! Have a nice trip!!

Nice hotel for an economic stay. About 100M walk to metro entrance. Cheap Internet access nearby (0.50euro / 15min, but for someone not used to the French keyboard, writing emails is really a pain). Room extra clean (especially the bathroom). Our 7 nights stay there was a pleasant experience.
