Rooms very small, not up to standard. Things like ice buckets were very dirty and unuseable. I have to admit the bathroom was nice, it seem's that the rooms are part modernised

Personnel attending you at breakfast is just OK but have non challante attitude. Besides this, breakfast was excellent. In a couple of cases when crossing STAFF in the of the hotel, my wife and I said Good morning and had no answer what so ever. This is not nice. I stayed in Paris with my wife and my two daughters so the two double bed room that I got was just perfect, actually very nice and with lots of space, but we had to call every day to get enough towels for everybody.

One neat thing that I like about the Holiday Inn Paris Republique is the front porch...facing...Avenue de la Republique. In the dining room, lots of people enjoy being seated on the porch for meals. Of course, I'm there, mostly, during breakfast. Usually, I am alone. The maitre d's should avoid discriminating against unaccompanied diners. I recommend that, as much as possible, more, single place settings, for patrons dining alone, upon request, be made available. Best regards, Vaughn
