This hotel was recommended by a work colleague who had lived in Paris for an extended period and had previously referred friends to stay there.Great location, quiet, quality surroundings, good breakfast - the staff were somewhat aloof, but maybe that is a cultural attribute rather than any negative reflection on the property itself!The available pictures of ths property undersell its appeal. Definitely recommend this property for visiors to Paris!

The room was small as to be expected in that area, but my daughter and I had a room with twin beds that sagged horribly. The Bathroom pipes had layers of dust on them. The bar had no wine when I wanted a glass. The breakfast area had a mouse running around in it and when we pointed it out to one of the servers she just giggled and shrugged. We had a room at the front which was very noisy until about 1am. The only thing going for this hotel is it's location - within walking distance to a lot of museums etc. and the subway. Lot's of nice little brasseries and bistro's in the area too. Perhaps a room at the back would have been a better proposition.

Excellent location, excellent service, we would return here again. On the minus side, we were able to hear noises from other rooms, the bed was not that comfortable, and the room was, par for the course in many Paris hotels, small. All in all, if you want a great spot in the Latin Quarter and don't plan to spend much time in the room then this is a fine hotel.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The only problem was that the hotel is located on a very short street, which some cab driver's had a very difficult time finding. You might plan to direct the cabbie to a well known landmark in the vicinity.

This was sweet! Great atmosphere in a 15th century building. Very close to the Cluny, La Sorbonne and Notre Dame. Tiny rooms but the building its self was so awesome! (If you're into medieval architecture and atmosphere!) Desk staff spoke English and were very helpful.

A lovely, quiet and charmingly small hotel in the middle of St. Germain de Pres. The rooms are well appointed, overlooking roof tops and an street sceen below which is full of activity in the evening. The hotel is efficient in its location (you can walk to everywhere) and its amenities (you really don't need big rooms, especially when Paris is literally at your feet and you'll rarely be in your room). The staff were friendly (but not overly so) and always helpful. Would we go back? Yes!

I thought the room was small but very quite and I like quite. We spent one night at a more expensive and it wasn't as nice forsure not as quite. We would stay there again.
