I have only two complains: 1. . We parked our car according to specific explanations that we get from the lady in the front desk and the police took our car and we had to west a lot of time and money to release it. 2. We ordered the hotel through the internet, we gave our credit card but asked that it will be only for safety and we want to pay in cash (It is written in our order) we also called to make sure that this Is the case. When we came to the hotel we asked again and the same lady that sent us to the wrong parking told us that this is not a problem. Only on the last day when we came to pay, the same lady told us that our credit card was already charged and she can't even tell us how much we paid. I would like to mention that there was another man in the front desk and he was great and did a lot efforts to help us find the car

This hotel can boast one of the warmest and friendliest welcomes in Paris. Lovely breakfast and great staff. Very comfortable rooms and fantastic location. To be highly recommended!

It was a nice stay. The stuff was helpful. The only improvement we would suggest - to add some healthy choices and more variaty for breakfast.

Communication is very bad experience at this hotel, they don't understand our request, they don't work with us under particular circumstance, simply just told us is - hotel policy. Would be great if they can be more flexible and work with customer based on different situation.

Where were the two lounges??? - the small reception foyer inside the unlobbied front door, and another the breakfast room. Neither was a lounge. There was no bar - the best that was offered was serving drinks in the Bedroom, which was comfortable, but much too small to be considered a Lounge Bedroom. This was an excellent B&B, but in no way a Hotel by my definition. Overpriced for a B&B. Quality Building, excellent location, good staff, but do booking agencies check descriptions??

The room was clean and pleasant and the location of the hotel is very good. There is no information in the room, not even a phone book. Although the desk staff was pleasant, they were not very helpful when asked for help. I specifically asked the hotel by e-mail if there was a bar or loubge and was told there was. When we got there and asked where the bar was, we were told they wood serve us drinks in the lobby, which consisted of two small sofas by the street entrance.
